Current YCDSB Students (currently attend Day School):

♦ Log in using the student’s 9-digit Ontario Education Number (OEN) as both username and password. OEN is on the report card (nine digits, no spaces or dashes).
Non-YCDSB Students (Other Boards/New to YCDSB):

♦ Click Student/Adult Login to login or create an account. Answer questions and enter details accurately (student name, date of birth).

♦ Mandatory: Upload Credit Counselling Summary, Report Card, or Transcript to confirm prerequisites. You can re-upload documents in your account Profile if needed.

♦ After submitting registration, status will show Pending Approval. YCDSB Guidance staff will review your documents. You’ll receive an email once your registration is approved. Missing or incorrect documents will delay approval.
