Current YCDSB Students (currently attend Day School):

♦ Log in using the student’s 9-digit Ontario Education Number (OEN) as both username and password. OEN is on the report card (nine digits, no spaces or dashes).
Non-YCDSB Students (Other Boards/New to YCDSB):

♦ Click Student/Adult Login to login or create an account. Answer questions and enter details accurately (student name, date of birth).

♦ Mandatory: Upload Credit Counselling Summary, Report Card, or Transcript to confirm prerequisites.

♦ After submitting registration, status will show Pending Approval. If you are an external student and supporting documentation is required, Continuing Education will send a secure submission form from coned@ycdsb.ca. Your registration may remain pending until the requested document is reviewed. Please do not email documents.
